一、 简要说明 (Brief Description)
1.本着用户满意是我们宗旨的服务理念制定本技术规格书.
We compile the technical specifications in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
2.WP10 系列发电用柴油机是在斯太尔系列柴油机基础上开发的系列柴油机。
WP10 series diesel engine was developed based on STEYR series diesel engine .
3.WP10D238E200 型柴油机是 WP10 系列中发电专用柴油机，于 2012 年公司开发的
增压器中置新结构发电用柴油机。
WP10D238E200 is one type of turbocharger centering structure generating diesel engine，
which developed in 2012.
4.由潍柴动力股份有限公司制造。

二、 陆用发电柴油机功率定义及使用条件（The power and use conditions of
diesel engine for generator）
1.持续功率 COP：柴油机每年运行时间不限、在恒定负荷下持续运转的最大功率。
ISO 标准功率。
Continuous power（COP）
: Diesel engine can run anytime and continuous operation at
constant load of maximum power. ISO standard power.
2.常用功率 PRP：柴油机每年运行时间不限、在可变负荷下持续运转的最大功率。
可超负荷 10%的 ISO 标准功率。
Prime Power（PRP）: Diesel engine can run anytime and continuous operation under
variable load maximum power. It can overload of 10% ISO standard power.
3.备用功率 ESP：柴油机每年运行可达 200h 的某一可变功率系列中的最大功率。
油量限定的 ISO 标准功率。
Standby Power（ESP）: Diesel engine can running up to 200h by the maximum power
of variable power per year. the ISO standard power be oil defined.

3、3、不具备超负荷能力；

4、4、柴油机启动没有热机过程，由启动加速到标定转速
需在 10s 内完成。自然吸气柴油机，环境温度 5℃以
下时，需增加预热设施保证柴油机出水温度在 30℃以
上；环境温度 5℃以上时，无预热设施。增压柴油机
环境温度 10℃以下时，需增加预热设施保证柴油机出
水温度在 30℃以上；环境温度 10℃以上时，无预热
设施。
Starting the diesel engine without thermal process and
from start to accelerate to rated speed required to be
completed within 10s. When below ambient
temperature 5 ℃, naturally aspirated diesel engines
need to increase diesel preheat facility to ensure the
water temperature is above 30 ℃; And on the way
round when ambient temperature above 5 ℃. When
the ambient temperature below 10 ℃, the
turbocharged diesel engine need to increase diesel
preheat facility to ensure the water temperature is
above 30 ℃; And on the way round when ambient 客户满意是我们的宗旨

注：严禁发动机超出上述运行条件使用！！！

六、 柴油机使用环境 (Ambiance condition)
1．柴油机在下列条件下，应能输出额定功率：
The diesel engine should be able to output rated power in the following conditions.
a）绝对大气压力，PX：100kPa（或海拔高度 0 米）；
Atmospheric pressure, PX:100kPa (or 0 meter above sea level);
b）环境温度，Tr：298K（25℃）；
Ambiance temperature , Tr: 298K(25℃)；
c）空气相对湿度Φ r：30%。
Relative air humidityΦ r：30%。
2. 柴油机在下列条件下，应能连续并可靠地工作：
The diesel engine should be able to work continuously and reliably in the following
sonditions.

a）环境温度：下限值-30℃，上限值 50℃；
Range of ambiance temperature: -30℃≤T≤50℃；
b）空气相对湿度：最湿月平均最高相对湿度为 90%（指该月的月平均最低温度为
25℃）
Relative air humidity：the max relative humidity is 90% of the wettest month in a year(It
means that the lowest average temperature of this month is 25℃)
d)工作环境中应无爆炸性气体、无导电尘埃。
The working environment should be without explosive gas and electric mote.
e)工作现场如有任何特殊的危险条件（如爆炸大气环境和易燃气体）用户应提前加
以说明。
The customer should illuminate in advance if there has any especial and dangerous
condition at the working space (for example, explosive and flammable gas).
